I am the broker/owner of Advanced Realty/Management, Inc. My personal designations include: GRI (Graduate, Realtors Institute), CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist) and MREC (Master Real Estate Consultant). We are members of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association and the National Association of Realtors. Over my 28 plus years tenure in the real estate industry, I have earned numerous sales awards including the Century 21 Million Dollar Club for each year I was in sales until entering management as the Century 21 company training director. I was then promoted to the general manager position for the 100 agent plus Century 21 company. I am a certified continuing education instructor for the State of Ohio and have authored several continuing education courses for the real estate industry. Although Advanced Realty/Management, Inc. officially incorporated in 1988, you can trace our roots back to 1981 as a subsidiary of a financial planing company. I was hired to develop and run the real estate division of the firm for the firm's investment clients. While associated with the firm, I obtained a strong cross training background in tax planing, accounting and investment strategies which has helped us evolve into the successful real estate and property management firm we are today. Due to todays complex real estate market, we decided to specialize and focus on the special needs of the selling and management of one to 100 unit scattered site investment properties and the management of condominium and owner associations. Advanced Realty/Management offers these groups property management, seller and/or buyer brokerage representation and real estate consulting. We pride ourselves on offering state-of-the-art service. We are very proud of being one of the first (if not the first) computerized property management firm in the State of Ohio. Our staff is equipped with the latest accounting and data tracking software available. Voice mail helps us manages the phones and gives us 24 hours phone coverage.
