When negotiating a management contract with the owners, the property must be in acceptable condition, and the owners must agree to allow us to maintain the property in acceptable condition during the time the property is managed by Advanced Realty Management. What We Provide

  • Advertise rental property in newspaper.
  • Advertise your rental property on our website.
  • Place "For Rent" sign on property.
  • Showing of property to prospective tenants.
  • Approve or disapprove prospective tenants by verifying employment, references, and one or more of the following: rental history, criminal background check, rating received from credit bureaus.
  • Complete all necessary move-in documents.
  • Receive and process all rent monies.
  • File eviction notices with proper agencies in a timely manner.
  • Receive all repair calls and dispatch appropriate vendors to property.
  • Keep accurate accounting of property and send out monthly and year-end statements with copies of all invoices.
  • Interior property inspections at 4 month intervals.
  • Repairs/Renovations.
